Pip Bellis

Pip Bellis is a long-established yoga teacher and level III Mindfulness teacher. She trained with the Clear Mind Institute which is a member of the UK Network for Mindfulness-based Teacher Trainers offering Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction-style programmes. As well as her MBSR training with CMI, Pip also completed the 'Mindfulness in Non- Clinical Settings' training with Chris Cullen, based on the book 'Finding Peace in a Frantic World'.

Pip has a particular interest in the "Inner Critic" and how we can bring Mindfulness and compassion to something which can be a cause of much suffering. She is qualified to teach MiSP's '.b' course to secondary school pupils and the '.b Foundations' programme to school staff.

Pip is a British Wheel of Yoga teacher and CMI-trained Mindfulness-based yoga therapist. Her background in yoga informs her Mindfulness courses and retreats.

Collette Power

Collette teaches Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). She also delivers training across a range of sectors including education, health and business, and works with people on a one-to-one basis using Mindfulness, self-compassion and enquiry skills. She is an experienced retreat leader, offering meditation and Mindfulness-based retreats in the UK and Europe, and is a senior Breathworks Mindfulness teacher/trainer.
